Focaccia di Patate

This wasn't that difficult, and Dave loved it! I thought it was rather dry myself, but maybe it should be dipped in something? (PS Yes, it is overcooked a bit!)

Amy, yes it does look a little browner than the pic who link you linked to (english?) but looks good still! Is the only difference between focaccia and pizza a potato?

Not all focaccia have potato in them. And focaccia (try and spell that three times quickly!) doesn't have cheese on it. It's just sort of a side bread. I'm making one right now with carmelized onions on it, I'll let you know how it turns out. It's really EASY to make.
