Nicknames come and go....and they often appear randomely and stick for no reason at all....LuLu has stuck for a while, and we'll see for how long. It's just one of those things that comes out of your mouth when you're talking to someone named Lucy, like LuLu, Lu, Luigi, Lu Man Group, Lucent Technologies, etc.
